Dear Chris,
I found the plan2grow process to be to the point; it only took 3 half day workshops to gather all the information necessary to write the plan. Chris made the process incredibly easy, he organised all the complex accountants information in such a way that it is easy to understand, and at hand when I need it.
The plan2grow Gross margin analysis provides a Head-Up-Display of key management ratios which means a thorough understanding of what works and what does not work in terms of products and services. I found this ability to access where my profit was coming from is really important and I focused on more profitable opportunities rather than labouring in areas of low profit. Better understanding of the numbers means better management decisions leading to improved profitability.
He provided a comprehensive 3 years of P&L, Cash-flow and Balance sheet projections. My bankers love the plan! They want to be convinced that the money they are lending is safe so plan2grow is great to offer to the bankers where finance is required. I am using the plan to show potential purchasers how they can optimise their outcomes by projecting future maintainable profits.
I was surprised how enjoyable and productive the workshops were through a very streamlined process. By going through the plan2grow process I have clearer vision and goals and as a result I have ventured into a brand new business with confidence and support.
The plan is values based and Chris has supported my personal as well as my professional goals.
